HOW TO LOG IN: On Computer - Click on the person at top right of screen On Phone - Click on the door icon at top right of the screen Enter your login ID (email address) and password (see below to recover/change your password) If your email address has changed, please contact us by email and will will update it for you. |
HOW TO CHANGE PASSWORD: If you've forgotten your password when logging in, click "Forgot Password" and a password reset email will be sent. |
HOW TO JOIN: Click the "Join/Renew " option on either the ribbon at top of screen (computer) or from the drop down menu (phone). In order to purchase tickets at Member prices, you must first join, and then renew your membership annually. HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS (MEMBERS): You must be logged on in order to actually purchase tickets (at the member price) for shows seen on the events tab. If you are not logged in, you will only be able to purchase tickets at non-member prices. If you've forgotten your password, follow tip above to change your password. Your login ID will be your email address. |
HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS (NON-MEMBERS): If you have not purchased a membership, you can still purchase tickets, but you will be charged at the non-member price. |
HELP! I CAN'T PURCHASE TICKETS: YOU MUST BE LOGGED ON TO PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE MEMBER PRICE. If you begin the process to purchase tickets, but don't complete the transaction within 15 minutes, a temporary invoice will be generated. In order to cancel this temporary invoice, you must click on the cancel icon at the bottom right of the screen. It can be hard to see and you may need to scroll down for it to appear. Once you click this, you can begin the ticket purchase process again. |
HOW TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP: You will recieve email(s) requesting that you renew your annual membership prior to its expiration. Please follow the instructions in the email and be prepared to login with your email and password. If you have forgotten your password or changed your email address, please see tips above. *** READ ME - You can ONLY renew a household membership if you are the "Bundle Coordinator". If you try to renew your membership as a household member (not the coordinator), you will receive an Error 403 message. If you would like your account changed so that you are now the household coordinator (so you can process the renewal), please contact us by email. |
HOW TO CHANGE MEMBERSHIP TYPE: If you currently have an INDIVIDUAL membership and would like to change it to a HOUSEHOLD membership so that you can add family members, please contact us via email and we will update your account. We will need the names, email addresses, and phone numbers for all family members you'd like to include on your household account. If any of these people are not currently a member, we will add them and issue them an email to change their password. If you currently have a HOUSEHOLD membership and would like to change it to an INDIVIDUAL membership. Please contact us and let us know if the current household members will remain a member or should be removed from our database. If any household members will need to be issued a new invoice so they can setup their own INDIVIDUAL membership. After we make these changes, we will convert your account. You will then be able to renew your account at the lower INDIVIDUAL member price. |
